Here Comes the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid!

Put as simply as possible, customers in and around Kalamazoo, MI have been absolutely thrilled with the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica so far, and with the forthcoming hybrid version of the lauded minivan finding its way to Vicksburg Chrysler Dodge Jeep® RAM in the coming weeks, we don’t see those good vibrations waning anytime soon.

While there is plenty about this minivan that makes it so desirable, the hybrid version sees all those pros and raises the ante by tacking on elite efficiency. The 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid will, in fact, be the industry’s first minivan to include any sort of electrification, which is a huge step in the right direction for families who always have wanted a minivan but just couldn’t justify the purchase because they didn’t boast the same efficiency as smaller crossovers.

In fact, this particular vehicle can travel upwards of 33 miles without using any gasoline at all, so if the majority of its use is for taking kids to and from school and to various practices and rehearsals, it is very possible that owners will not be spending much time at fueling stations.

“To make sure owners and their families get the most out of the innovative, efficient hybrid powertrain, the all-new Chrysler Pacifica is loaded with high-tech features that make it easy to connect, charge and maximize the efficiency of their minivan, even remotely from their smartphones,” said Tim Kuniskis, Head of Passenger Car Brands – Dodge, SRT, Chrysler and Fiat, FCA – North America.

“Whether it’s scheduling charge times, locating nearby charging stations, remotely checking the vehicle’s charge status or maximizing efficiency while driving, the Pacifica Hybrid boasts advanced technologies that let owners easily connect with the vehicle whenever and wherever best suits their schedule,” he said.

This new Chrysler hybrid is slated to find its way to our facility in the coming weeks, and we already are very excited about adding it to the family!
