A dream come true for a Hollywood movie studio is coming up with a movie idea that will appeal to a large and diverse audience, and in the history of film there have been very few pictures that have managed to achieve that. “Star Wars,” of course, is one of them, and even decades later it still resonates with fans of all ages as it stays relevant with new spinoffs and, most recently, the announcement of a new major motion picture due out this winter.

That film, “Star Wars: The Force Awakens,” will be the seventh movie in the series and the beginning of what will amount to the third trilogy. Set to take place some years following “The Return of the Jedi,” this new film will continue the saga with old favorites and plenty of new young stars, and Vicksburg Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is proud to announce that FCA has made plans to team up with the new films in a joint sponsorship deal meant to appeal to fans of both the automobiles and the movies.

While we don’t know which FCA brand will be the focus of the new ad campaign, we can say that we’re thrilled to have at least one of them be part of the promotions surrounding the major motion picture event. More recently, both the 2015 Dodge Charger and Dodge Challenger appeared in the “Fast and Furious” movies, so it’s not like these brands are new to the Hollywood game.

However it all works out, this can’t be anything but good for FCA, mostly because the movie is sure to get a ton of positive attention come December, when it finally makes its way to movie theaters across the U.S.
